Important: New patients are required to complete an intake form and meet with a provider online for medical clearance before receiving any treatments at Injectology Aesthetics. This requirement does not apply to services with our aestheticians, except for the Collagen Glow PRX treatment. Failure to complete the medical clearance prior to your appointment may result in cancellation.
